Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of woven-revops.com and purchases from Woven. Woven is operated by Woven Operations Partners Limited (company number 17451617), registered in England and Wales ("Woven", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. What we provide
Woven provides digital automation products, documentation, guides and optional setup or implementation support. Product descriptions, current prices, compatibility requirements and included materials are stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Any taxes or other charges that apply to your order will be shown where required. Third-party software subscriptions, usage fees and service charges are not included unless the product page expressly says they are.
We may reject or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, an inability to supply the product, or another lawful reason. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
3. Digital delivery
Woven Desk products are supplied digitally. Delivery may be by download, email, access link, customer account, order page or another electronic method identified at purchase. Our Digital Delivery Policy forms part of these terms.
4. Licence to use digital products
Unless the product page states otherwise, your purchase gives you a non-exclusive right to use the purchased Woven materials for your own personal use or your own organisation's internal business operations. You may adapt configuration details for that purpose.
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute or make the product, workflow files, setup materials or substantially equivalent copies available to third parties as a standalone product or service without our written permission.
5. Third-party tools and accounts
Woven products may connect to services such as automation platforms, email, calendars, communications providers or other software. Those services are provided by independent third parties under their own terms. Their pricing, availability, APIs and functionality can change.
You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to connect your accounts and data, keeping credentials secure, and complying with the terms and policies of third-party services you use.
6. Automation, testing and human review
Automation systems can fail, produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs, or be affected by changes to connected services. You are responsible for testing workflows in your own environment, monitoring important automations, maintaining credentials and reviewing outputs before they create material commitments or external communications where human review is appropriate.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Woven does not guarantee any particular commercial result, revenue outcome, lead volume, response rate, time saving or uninterrupted operation.
7. Setup and implementation support
Where you buy optional setup support, the scope is limited to the service described on the relevant product page or otherwise agreed with you. You must provide timely access, information and permissions reasonably needed to perform the work. Material work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation or purchase.
8. Cancellations, refunds and consumer rights
Our Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund rights for digital content and services. For UK consumers, digital content and services are also protected by applicable consumer law. These terms do not replace or reduce those statutory protections.
9. Intellectual property
The website, Woven branding, product documentation, workflow files, graphics, copy and other materials supplied by Woven are owned by us or used under licence, except for third-party materials identified as such. Your purchase transfers a licence to use the product as described above; it does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
10. Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use our products or services in a way that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused solely by third-party outages, customer configuration, unauthorised credential use, or failure to follow documented setup and testing instructions. If you are a consumer, this paragraph does not limit remedies available to you under consumer law.
12. Changes to products or these terms
We may update the website, products and these terms from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing order. The version in force when you place an order will normally govern that order unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply in your place of residence.
