RevOps & GTM systems for pre-seed → Series A
Every startup builds two products. We build the one that sells.
Woven is the embedded RevOps & GTM systems partner for funded, capital-efficient founders. We build the machine that makes revenue repeatable and cheap to run: CRM, attribution, lifecycle and automation, documented, owned by you, and built for the day you hire someone to run it.
No pitch deck. No retainer required. One honest conversation.
Connecting dots, growing revenue
Every startup builds two products. Only one gets engineers.
There's the product you sell, and the machine that sells it. The first gets your best people. The second gets duct tape: a CRM nobody trusts, attribution that's a guess, leads that sit for days, and a founder spending ten hours a week as the human router between tools.
That's revenue debt. It compounds like tech debt, except nobody is on call for it, and it surfaces at the worst possible moment: your next raise. Investors now diligence the machine, not just the product. CAC payback, burn multiple, net revenue retention: hard numbers to stand behind when they're living in a fourteen-tab spreadsheet.
The usual fixes both fail at your stage. A $200K RevOps hire is a maintain-phase solution to a build-phase problem; they'd inherit chaos and spend six months ramping. And point agencies automate fragments of a broken system: an outbound shop here, a HubSpot admin there, a Zapier flow duct-taped on top.
Fixing your data at 5 customers is cheap. At 100, it's a rebuild.
The Revenue Systems Diagnostic
$6,000 fixed · a two-week sprint · roadmap by day 5
Every Woven engagement starts the same way, and it's also an honest answer to whether it should continue.
Book the fit call → get the scopeDays 1–5
We audit the whole machine. CRM and data model, funnel math and stage definitions, attribution and board-metric readiness, lifecycle and email infrastructure, speed-to-lead and routing, automation debt, and exactly how many hours a week you personally spend holding it together.
Day 5
The written report lands. Every finding scored by revenue impact. Your cost of inaction, quantified in dollars per month. A 90-day roadmap. A scoped build proposal priced from your findings, and a straight go/no-go, including "you don't need us" if that's the truth.
Days 6–10
We fix the top three leaks we found while you decide what's next. You get working improvements, not just a PDF. Everything is documented and yours to keep, whatever you decide.
Why two weeks
The audit is agent-accelerated: our own tooling does in days what used to take weeks of analyst hours. Speed isn't a shortcut here; it's the same capital efficiency we're asking you to run, demonstrated on ourselves before you pay for anything more.
Why it's paid
Free audits come with a foregone conclusion. This one comes with a real go/no-go, including "you don't need us," if that's what we find, and three fixes already shipped by the time you decide.

Diagnose. Build. Run. Hand over.
Most firms hide their exit. We've productised ours, because the point was never dependency.

Stage 3: Run
Embedded Operations Partner
from $3,500/mo founding rate (first five clients)Both verticals live: marketing operations end-to-end, plus systems, automation and AI agents. Weekly Loom, one call, an owned roadmap. About a quarter of the loaded cost of an early full-time hire.
-
Stage 4: Hand over
Handover & Hire
fixed fee · month 18–30We help you hire your first RevOps or GTM-engineering lead, transfer every document, and taper out. Your hire walks into an instrumented machine and multiplies, instead of firefighting.
Embedded now. Engineered for handover. That promise is made on day one; it's why everything we build is documented and owned by you.
"AI-native RevOps" is what everyone says now. Here's what's actually different.
-
One partner, the whole system
RevOps, marketing ops, and AI automation under one roof; most alternatives are point solutions optimising a fragment.
-
Build-then-own
Everything documented, everything yours, zero lock-in. Most firms are built to keep you as a client indefinitely; we're built to make ourselves optional.
-
We run what we sell
A lean, distributed, AI-leveraged team is the exact model we're building for you; we're not asking you to trust an approach we don't use ourselves.
-
Proprietary tooling
Our workspace architecture system ships with every engagement: the machinery behind the machinery.
A senior two-person team, working with you directly
We're Peter and Priscilla, and you work with us directly. Peter builds the systems: CRM architecture, automation, and the AI agents that make a lean revenue machine run without a big ops team. Priscilla runs marketing operations end-to-end: HubSpot, lifecycle, campaigns, deliverability and reporting. There is no account manager, no junior bench, no handoff after the sale.
We're early, and we're not pretending otherwise: no logo wall, no testimonial carousel. Instead, we're taking five founding clients at the founding rate, and in exchange we ask for an honest case study and the occasional introduction. You'll see our work weekly and judge it yourself.
The honest objections
Shouldn't we just hire someone in-house?
You will, later on, and we'll help. Right now you're in a build phase; a first hire would inherit chaos and ramp for months at $150–250K loaded. We build and document the foundation so your eventual hire is a force multiplier. That's a decision you get to make in two years, into a working system.
We're too early for RevOps.
"Too small for RevOps" is "I'll start the gym next month." Bad data habits scale. Fixing them at five customers costs $6K; at a hundred, it's a rebuild. We right-size to your stage.
We need this fast. How quickly can you move?
The whole Diagnostic is a two-week sprint: full audit and roadmap by day 5, your top three fixes shipped by day 10. We move that fast because it's a defined product on agent-accelerated tooling, not a room of analysts billing hours. Speed without a map just builds the wrong thing faster, so the map comes first: five days, not five weeks.
$6K feels like a lot for an audit.
It isn't just an audit. It's an audit, a 90-day roadmap by day 5, and three fixes shipped by day 10. Comparable firms charge $10K for the report alone. And it caps your downside: if the roadmap says you don't need us, you keep everything and we part friends.
We already have an agency / a contractor.
Most are point solutions: an outbound shop, or someone who administers HubSpot. Ask one question: where's the gap between your plan and your portal? We own the full revenue system, end to end.
You're not in San Francisco.
Correct, and that's the model working in your favour. No SF office is priced into your retainer, our afternoon is your morning, everything is Loom-first and documented, and you own the system. Distributed is how funded teams run now; we're built the same way.
What tools do you work with?
HubSpot at the core, with n8n/Make, Clay, Apollo and modern AI tooling around it. If you're on spreadsheets or Pipedrive and dreading the migration, that's a Tuesday for us.
The best time to fix this was before your last raise. The next best time is now.
Twenty minutes. One honest conversation. No deck.
